DESCRIPTION:Zertifizierter Trainer*innen-Ausbildungskurs\nUnter der Anleitung zweier erfahrener Betzavta-Ausbilder*innen und unter Nutzung der Gruppenressourcen werden alle Teilnehmenden die Möglichkeit erhalten\, in Teams jeweils mindestens eine Betzavta-Übung vorzubereiten und mit der Gruppe eigenverantwortlich durchzuführen. SUMMARY:Facilitating a Training
DESCRIPTION:Practitioner Training in Präsenz\nParticipants are able\n• to assess their own strengths and weaknesses as a facilitator of trainings for adults\n• to better design trainings that are based on key principles of adult learning and the concept of Action Learning \nFacilitation skills are essential for everyone who wants to work with people and support communication processes. Training is a very sophisticated form of communication and is aimed at facilitating learning. Participants will gain an overview of learning theories\, principles of adult learning and a selection of training concepts like Action Learning and Comfort Zones. DESCRIPTION:Die Krisen und Kriege dieser Welt machen nicht vor dem Klassenzimmer oder dem Pausenhof Halt und pädagogisches Personal muss sich mit ihnen unweigerlich auseinandersetzen.\nWie können wir Kriege und Konflikte thematisieren\, ohne überwältigt zurückzubleiben? Wie können wir über Frieden sprechen\, ohne dass es sich wie eine ferne Utopie anfühlt? Wie können wir ein Verständnis von Konflikten entwickeln\, das handlungsfähig macht? Wie kann daran anknüpfend das Thema Gewalt und Umgang mit Gewalt in Schule thematisiert werden? SUMMARY:Workshop on storytelling for educational work on global justice and sustainability (online)
DESCRIPTION:Many people are becoming increasingly aware of a wide range of global challenges in their immediate environment. At the same time\, the complexity of these issues often leads to fatigue\, resignation and withdrawal. However\, storytelling and listening to stories can offer an alternative approach to complex topics that seem far removed. Stories also offer an opportunity to forge personal connections. They can counteract feelings of loneliness and powerlessness. This means they have great potential in educational settings.\nIn this workshop we will explore the importance and potential of oral storytelling\, a tradition deeply rooted in many cultures. We will discuss the opportunities that storytelling provides for educational work. Furthermore\, we will have the chance to practise storytelling in small exercises ourselves. \nSpeaker: Maria Carmela Marinelli is a professional storyteller and theatre educator. She travels throughout Germany and abroad as a performer and storytelling educator. She is involved in storytelling projects in schools\, performs at international storytelling festivals and works as a lecturer.
